1. What is Yesoptions?
It is a web that allows you to create a virtual store so you can offer your articles and/or services in a quickly, easy, and best of all: a free way. In addition of having your own and totally independent web space using a subdomain from Yesoptions .com, you will be able to create informative sections, images galleries, contact form, shopping cart and many more functions.
2. What software does it use?
Yesoptions has been totality developed with a programming language denominated php.
3. Where can I inform about errors, problems or suggestions?
If you wish to contact us in a direct way you can do it using the form in the contact section.
4. Where does Yesoptions get money to fund the project?
The main income of Yesoptions comes from the contextual google ads. In addition we get some more money with the commissions over the store sales made with paypal and from the stores that have contracted the clean plan.
5. What is "clean plan"?
The stores that contract this plan will have:
- Its store without contextual ads.
- An email box of the type such as mycount@yesoptions.com
- A distinction for the store in the main home of Yesoptions, in articles or in services.
The value of this plan varies depending on the country of each store being able to be 10€/month or u$s14/month. You can contract it from the section "Extras" of the administration area.
6. What requirement must I fulfill to include the Paypal payment gateway in my store?
You must have a paypal account and enter it in the section "Data" of the administration area so that we can deposit the income of the sales made. The unique observation that we have is that due to the few currencies in which paypal operates, the prices of your articles will be shown in euros or dollars.
7. How much does it cost to activate Paypal in my store?
To activate the payment gateway in your store is free, but you must know that Yesoptions will charge you a small commission of 8% on the value of the sale from the sales made with a minimum amount of 0,5 and a maximum of 200 euros or dollars depending on the currency that you have configured your store, this will not be discriminated in front of the buyer, for that reason if you do not want to lose that money, Yesoptions recommends you to adjust the prices of your article/s and/or service/s so that you do not lose that money.
8. How is the process to collect with Paypal?
When a client makes a purchase will enter the value of the sale in an account of Yesoptions in paypal, with the accepted payment an email will be immediately sent to the buyer and to the seller confirming the deposit. In the confirmation mail that will receive the buyer, it will receive in addition a link to confirm the reception of the article/s or service/s. As soon as the buyer has confirmed its reception, the payment will be made in the paypal account of the store that has made the sale. If after 14 days the buyer does not notify to have received the order a second mail will be sent to make the confirmation with a validity of 2 days, if these 2 days have passed and the buyer keeps without notifying the reception of the order or that exists some kind of problem, the deposit of the sale will be done in the paypal account of the store that made the sale.
9. What happens if the buyer does not receive the order?
After 14 days, if the buyer has not received the order or the salesman notifies not to have available the article/s or service/s, a 100% refund will be made to the buyer less the possible commissions of money refund that Paypal charges.
10. How can I charge the shipment cost?
You will have to agree personally the shipment cost with the buyer.
We are analyzing, in a second stage, the way to implement soon the payment of the shipment cost.
11. What type of Paypal account do I must create?
Paypal offers 3 types of accounts, each one has different limitations and fees, it is possible that paypal charges you a small commission on the 92% that Yesoptions will deposit to you per each sale made.
12. How can I create my store?
In order to create your store you must click in the link "Create account", you will enter to a form where you will have to complete the data, when you finish you must click on the "continue" button and your store will be created, although it will remain inactive until you receive an email with a link so that you can validate it. When you have made the validation, you will already be able to enter to the administration area. The first step to definitively activate your store consists in making a small configuration ("configuration button") where you will choose the template for your store, the activity and some more data. To update these data you will be able to do it from the "Data" section. If you want to customize the layout to your corporative colors, you just must enter the "Customize Template" section where you will be able to select the different colors that compose your store in a visual and relatively easy way. When you have made these steps, you will ready to begin to entering contents.
13. In the administration area: What can be done in the "Sections" denominated section?
In this section, you will be able to enter institutional sections (Who we are, Where we are, Contact, History, etc).
In order to create a new section you must click on the link "Add New" and then fill up the data.
If you want modify a section you must click on its corresponding link "Edit".
In addition, for each section you will be able to create a gallery of images doing click on the link "Images", where each section can have an independent gallery from the rest.
Finally, you will be able to order the appearance form of the sections by using the icons of the column "Order".
14. In the administration area: What can be done in the "Categories" section?
In this section, you will be able to enter the categories of your articles and/or services so that the location of such things is fast and agile for the visitors of your store.
In order to create a new category you must click on the link "Add New" and then fill up the data.
In order to modify a category you must click on its link "Edit".
Finally, you will be able to order the appearance form of the categories by using the icons of the column "Order".
15. In the administration area: What can be done in the "Articles" denominated section?
In this section, you will be able to enter your articles and/or services.
In order to create a new article or service you must click on the link "Add New" and then fill up the data.
In order to modify an article or service you must click on its corresponding link "Edit".
In addition, for each article or service you will be able to create a gallery of images doing click on the link "Images", where each article or service can have an independent gallery from the rest.
16.In the administration area: What can be done in the "Client" section?
In this section, you will be able to see the data of the users who have made an order or a purchase in your store.
17.In the administration area: What can be done in the "Orders" section?
In this section, you will be able to quickly see the orders or sales made in your store with all the necessary data so that you can deliver it.
18. In the administration area: What can be done in the "My Account" section?

19. In the administration area: What can be done in the "Statistics" section?
In this section you will be able to see quickly what section, category and/or article is more in your store.
20. In the administration area: What can be done in the "Extras" section?
In this section you will be able to assign to some section a contact form where the messages sent by the users will be sent to the email that you provided at the moment of the creation of the account.
You will be able to activate a flash component, in which you will have to enter images and to choose a transition effect for it to work.
In addition you will be able to contract the clean plan of Yesoptions so have your store free of contextual Ads.
